Emergency Sticky Ginger Chicken

400g chicken
1 cup frozen veg (peas, broccoli, carrots)
500g egg noodles, cooked
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp tamari
2 tbsp clear honey
1 tbsp grated root ginger
Juice of one lemon
2 tsp rice wine
Could add spice or chillies

Mix tomato puree and liquids.
Marinate chicken and veg.
Stir fry.
Add noodles and cook through.
